The research of the superconducting quantum computing will be carried out as in Fig. 1. In here, three hierarchical layers of research are plotted. At the top layer, several computational scheme adopted in superconducting qubit will be studied, focusing especially on the gate-based computing scheme. At the circuit layer, coupling of the qubits and increasing of decoherence time will be studied. Information transfer between qubits and communication frequency photons will also be examined. As the basic technology, multi- superconducting-layer aluminum integrated circuit will be newly developed.
