The NII Technical Report (ISSN 1346-5597) is published for the timely dissemination of research results obtained at the National Institute of Informatics in a form that can be cited. The NII Technical Report is published by a faculty member of the National Institute of Informatics at his/her own responsibility. Students, researchers and others related to the institute may also publish the report with the permission of a faculty member. (When a faculty member of the institute is not a coauthor, a note such as: 'Communicated by (name of faculty member). ' should be added in the footnote of the report.) The NII Technical Report may range from manuscripts submitted to international or domestic journals and proceedings to manuals or intermediate reports of research results. The language is in English or Japanese, in principle. If the author wishes, manuscripts submitted electronically by PDF files may appear on the homepage of the National Institute of Informatics. However, the article may be withdrawn from the homepage when the same or a similar article is published by journals etc. For more information, please consult tr-wg@nii.ac.jp or the Publicity Team. |
